We ship wordwide! Whether you're in the snowy mountains or on tropical beaches, your Barokshop order will get to you!

My tack doesn't fit, what now?

Every horse is different and some need more attention to fit than others.
If your tack doesn't fit, please contact us! We will see together what the hick seems to be and what we can do about it. If neccessary, we will seek advice from leatherworkers and people with a lot of anatomical knowledge to make sure you and your horse are happy!

 

Ofcourse, you will always we able to return your order within our return policy.

Can I return my order?

No worries! You can return your (or part of) your order within 14 days of receiving your order.

What payment options are available?

We offer IDeal, Paypal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Belfius, SOFORT and creditcards like Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express

What is the shipping time?

If you order before 16:00, your order will be shipped the same day! We are located in the Netherlands, and the shipping time will depend on the counrty of destination. The further away from the Netherlands, the more time is needed. Most packages in the EU can be delivered in 7-10 working days. Delivery time Netherlands: 1-2 days Belgium / Germany: 1-4 days
