Products in stock will be send on the same or next workingdag. We ship from the Netherlands, the shippingtime will depend on the country of destination. For the Netherlands it will often be delivered the next day, Belgium and Germany in 2-3 days. As soon as your order is shipped, we depend on the local parcelservices. In busy periods such as Christmas, delays can happen. Be sure to order in time in such periods! Our prices on the site don't include shippingcosts. Can't find your country of destination in the list? Please contact us for the best current deal on the shippingcosts! We ship worldwide!

Please note that if your package is delivered to a collection point, please collect the package from the collection point on time. Any additional (delivery) costs for a package not collected on time will be borne by the consumer.

Do you still want to return your order? No worries! Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Of course we really appreciate the feedback on why you return the product; the size is different, is it not what you expected or...? With your comments we ensure that we can continue to improve our products!

After cancellation, the products must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. The shipping costs will only be refunded if the complete order (all items from one order) is returned. Only the costs for return to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €6.75 per package, consult the website of the carrier for the exact rates.

If you return something, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Of course you can try on the products. However, if the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.
